In this new employment environment residents of various continents compete for the same job position and not just residents of the same town. No longer does “on the job training” allow entrance into the employment market. You must be job ready on applying, and that means, well educated and well trained in a mission targeted task.
This premier Foundation for youth training was inspired by Gladys Darensburg, the mother of Logan Darensburg, who is the Chair and CEO of Darensburg Broadcasting and the Owner of WARR Radio. Mrs Lilipiana Darensburg, is the organizations President and Executive Director. The Gladys Rogers Darensburg Foundation was formed to give youth from disadvantaged communities a competitive edge. This will be achieved by training them in advanced technologies, beginning with broadcasting because, in an age of change, increasing job loss, space age advancement in computer technology and competitive pressure from other continents, only the well trained and well educated will prosper.
